Please take a moment to read through this page carefully, it will assist you with any questions you may have.  A  checklist is also available on the website to assist you.

The Tournament Committee advises you to immediately ensure your player roster in your on-line application is complete and up-to-date at all times.

Pre-Tournament

1. Read all tournament rules and registration information.

2. Make sure the tournament roster is up-to-date and complete

Instructions are in the ROSTERS tab below

3. Give a copy of the Tournament Rules to the Coach

4. Print all game day match cards for games and bring them with for referees before games

Instructions are in the MATCH CARDS tab below

5. Remember to collect your game card back from the ref after the game

6. After games, scan the QR code at the top of your game card.  You use this to report scores.

Pre-Registration

1. Update your on-line roster with all correct information including jersey numbers - see above

2. Obtain laminated player cards with photo for all players (contact your registrar for help) or we do accept virtual cards!

Teams must submit the following documentation depending on the affiliation status of the team (USYSA, US Club, and Super Y League). All of the players on the team must play with the proper affiliation documentation (USYSA, US Club, and Super Y League). 

1. Player Cards. Valid, laminated player cards with a photograph for the 2023/2024 or 2024/2025 season for each player. We ALSO accept virtual (pictures of) cards.

2. Team Roster/Game Card. - Teams will be required to print their game cards at home, then bring them to your games. Below under MATCH CARDS, you will find instructions to print them. Your roster is on the game card.

4. Team Roster/Game Card. Your Roster will appear on the game card printed, and can be imported by your club registrar through your GotSport account. WE CANNNOT EDIT YOUR ROSTER.

Schedules released in advance of the tournament are subject to change. Reconfirm your schedule. Pay particular attention to field assignment for each of the days. Field assignments may change during the tournament.

Every effort has been made to display ALL NECESSARY information, rules, and news on the PATS CUP website. If you are unable to locate the appropriate information on the website and need to email the Tournament Director, please send a message indicating:

Below you will find the process to check your team in for the tournament.

1. Make sure your teams roster is updated on your teams GotSport profile NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY (7/10) EVENING.  If you need to make any changes, you can write in on your game card
2. There will be no check-in at fields.  You will be able to print your game cards just like you would for a league match (instructions are below under the MATCH CARDS tab).
3. Give your Game Card to your match referees before the game
4. Collect your Game Card from the referee after each match
5. Scan the QR code (The one next to the specific game) on your game report immediately following each game to report score - you will see the QR code by each game on your game report.
